The designs reflect the delicate beauty and dramatic contrasts of the swans, echoing the emotional depth of the ballet. Miyo’s visits to Haapsalu, a town loved by Tchaikovsky, provided further inspiration, with her sketches of swans capturing their grace and elegance.
