Lifetime Aftercare
Forever Services: Beyond our initial warranty, our commitment continues. To ensure your MIYOCO jewellery remains perfectly suited to your life and style, we provide repair, resizing, and reform options at any time in the future.
While this aftercare is designed to be accessible for a nominal fee, our goal is to help you enjoy your jewellery at its best, no matter when you need us.
Exclusions
While we safeguard your jewellery with our comprehensive warranty, please note that damages from accidents, mishandling (such as shocks, dents), or any services conducted outside our official JUNONE jewellery studio, located at Via Cavour 61, Valenza 15048, Italy, are not covered.
