Interational Taxes and Duties

 Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)

Just like our jewellery, we want your shopping journey to be a seamless and delightful experience. MIYOCO ships its meticulously crafted pieces to you with Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

 

What does this mean for you? Our product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you’ll be responsible for any import duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by your country. This payment is essential to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Returns Policy

At MIYOCO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If, for any reason, your purchase falls short of your expectations within 14 days of receipt, we offer a hassle-free return process.

What Can Be Returned:

  • Any merchandise that has not been altered, engraved, or customized.

Options Available:

  • Refund
  • Exchange (excluding shipping charges)

Conditions for Return:

  • Merchandise must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The return must not include items that have been altered, engraved, or customized.

How to Initiate a Return: For online purchases made through our official web shop, MIYOCO – Fine Jewelry Brand and Bespoke Design at www.miyoco.lococojewellery.com, simply follow the guidelines outlined here. 

In order to return the goods, the buyer should submit a withdrawal application whose form can be accessed here: withdrawal application and send it via e-mail no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

 

  1. Send us a withdrawal application via e-mail no later than 14 days after receiving MIYOCO jewelry that you wish to return.
  2. Once approved we will send you a DHL shipping label and related shipping documents.
  3. Once you receive your shipping label and documents, please enclose the documents with the MIYOCO jewelry that you wish to return. You may  schedule a pickup with DHL.

Refund Policy

Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, MIYOCO online shop will promptly refund any amounts received from the buyer based on the contract, ensuring completion within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal application.

 

Right to withhold

MIYOCO online shop reserves the right to withhold the refund until the item subject to the contract is received.

 

Refundable amount 

  • Please note that MIYOCO online shop may adjust the refundable amount in cases where the value of the goods has decreased due to use beyond what is necessary for assessment, or if parts have been repaired or replaced. Such adjustments will be made in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods, and may result in the right of withdrawal not applying.
  • It’s important to understand that shipping fees are non-refundable. However, MIYOCO online shop will refund return shipping charges only in cases where discrepancies or errors occur on our part.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
